Scope of Refunds

This policy applies to all services provided by Brightnodes, including:

  • Website and application development
  • UI/UX design
  • IT consulting
  • Software integration
  • Maintenance and support services

Eligibility for Refunds

Before work begins: Full refund, excluding transaction or processing fees.

After work begins: Partial refund based on work completed and resources used.

Non-delivery of service: Full or partial refund if delivery fails due to internal reasons.

Service mismatch: Partial refund if the service differs from the agreed scope and cannot be resolved.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client information
  • Requests beyond the original project scope
  • Services delivered as per agreed scope and timeline

Refund Request Process

Email us at info@brnodes.com with:

  • Full name
  • Project name or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documents (if any)

We respond within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Policy Changes

Brightnodes may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
